Niagara's Grain Elevators and their future?

After reading through about a dozen proposals for the Buffalo Grain Elevators, I realized that Niagara Falls has its very own Grain Elevator, the abandoned Nabisco Plant. Industry has its place in Niagara Falls, but its place shouldn’t be in downtown Niagara Falls. I read a proposal to laminate the façade of the Grain Elevators in Buffalo with a mural depicting the city’s history; could that be an option here? The Nabisco silos basically are a wall of nothing facing Niagara Falls State Park so why not provide an artistic expression of our great city’s past? Sounds like it could be plausible. Furthermore straying away from this mural idea; could the silos serve as an outdoor theatre showing historic movies or even modern day box office hits? The Regal Cinema is getting ridiculously expensive, and might I add that it’s for sale for 5 million dollars. Whether it’s a mural or an outdoor theatre, it surely would give Niagara Falls a unique attraction that millions of tourists would enjoy.
