As the downtown of Niagara Falls continues on its path of progress, the One Niagara Building, only becomes more valuable. It is imperative that this building be fully renovated into a wide arrange of retail stores. Getting rid of the food courts will allow other areas of downtown to house these such restaurants and further the use of many vacant buildings along Niagara St and 3rd St.
