School District Hiring

Whether this is the case with this hiring or not, there is clearly some favor given to relatives of current school district employees. In my brief tenure at NFHS as a student, I can tell you that this district has let too many great teachers go and too many bad teachers stay. Maybe if the biasity in hiring new teachers swung the other way, the districts graduation rate would rise above pathetic...
